Our mission
Independent business acquisition has always been possible. But without institutional backing, first-time and repeat buyers have faced a significant information and process disadvantage compared to strategic acquirers and private equity firms. Altaris exists to close that gap.

Our team is based in Australia. Our platform serves buyers across Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, and beyond. We built Altaris in English first, with a deal framework that reflects the legal and financial conventions of Commonwealth and European acquisition markets.
Pricing
Altaris is a pure SaaS subscription. We do not charge success fees, take commissions from lenders or brokers, or monetise your deal data. Our only revenue is your subscription.
